For some, accuracy seems the only consideration and the primary factor in a rifle. For others, it is toughness and Tactical reliability.

      All Surgeon Rifles Products
are Proudly Made in the U.S.A.

Tactical Rifles, Custom Rifles, Target Rifles and Custom Actions. What makes Surgeon Rifles products the right choice for you is that Surgeon is committed to providing you the consumer with the best products available and to provide them to you at a reasonable cost.  Surgeon Rifles stands behind our products all the way with a LIFE TIME GUARANTEE.

Surgeon Rifles uses the most up to date machines available today to produce parts with the highest level of precision and performance available in the Industry.

We have three CNC-4 axis mills, 3-CNC Lathes,      1-EDM-wire machine that is capable of holding tolerances of (.00005 of an inch that is fifty millionths.) We use this machine to cut the bolt bore and raceways in your action and on several other items for you.

One of our 3-CNC Lathes, we use for the sole purpose of chambering and threading barrels. This is a far step in the rifle making aspect of our Business in that most Rifle builders use a conventional Lathe for chambering and threading. The difference in the two kinds of machines is Huge a manual lathe or mill, is controlled by dials that are turned by hand so it is up to the operators ability and the condition of his equipment in order to hold tolerances of  (.001 that’s one thousandth of a inch). While our Lathe a Haas TL_1 will hold tolerances of (.0001 that’s one tenth of a thousandth of a inch) With repeatable results.

To top off our machining capability we have just purchased a new Mazak Integrex 200-IVST nine axis-machining center. With this new addition to our facility we will be able to offer new products to you.

At Surgeon Rifles we take pride in raising the bar and creating the new Standard.

KMW has been extremely pleased with the performance of our Tactical rifles built on the Surgeon action. The quality, design and pricing are such that I intend to make this action a mainstay in our tactical rifle offerings.

G.A. Precision has used a number of these fine actions with excellent results. They are true and precise and tough as nails!

In my six years as a sniper on Oklahoma City Police Department's Tactical Unit, I have had the opportunity to test and evaluate several top of the line sniper systems. The system recently adopted by our team is, in my opinion, far superior to any I have shot or seen in action. All ten were built by Terry Cross, owner of KMW. The system boast a 26 inch Krieger barrel, McMillan A5 stock, Leupold 4.5 x 14 x 50 mark 4 scope, on a Surgeon Tactical action.
The action in and of itself is a cut above. It has an oversized tactical knob which is great for cold fingers and gloves. It has an integral picatinny rail with a built in 20 MOA and a recoil lug that are all machined from the same piece of hardened aircraft steel as the action. These factors in themselves lend this action more accuracy and reliability, not to mention the over all extra precision put into building the bolt and action by the Surgeon team. They have taken the tried and true Remington 700 model, eliminated its weaknesses, and beefed it up into the best action on the market today, and its performance shows.

The reasons I ordered a surgeon action was...integral recoil lug....integral scope rail with 20MOA built in...tight fitting bolt...tactical bolt knob...and it`s made of 4340 steel..not sleeved aluminum....After I received my new surgeon target action, I set it up on a Brown & Sharpe model #765 microcell CMM coordinate measuring machine. I set the action up vertical with the recoil lug on table.....perpendicularity and concentricity ran within .0003 (3/10,000) of an inch....benchrest quality tolerances.....I would not hesitate to buy another....Thank You for a fine American made product...
